Stray Dogs Adoption Drive Held At Sector 17, Chandigarh

Recently, Furever friends, a city-based NGO that rescue and provide medical care to stray dogs and animals help a stray dog adoption drive in sector 17, Plaza on Saturday.

Stray dog adoption drive

The group of Furever friends brought 5 Indian hybrid dogs during the adoption drive. Out of the 5 puppies, two of the Indian dog breed puppies were adopted by the people.

A good family from Noida came forward and adopted one of the rescued puppies named Champ.

People were seen excited to see small puppies and many came forward to learn more about stray dog adoption and the dogs.

The team members from the group stood in a line holding puppies and placards with slogans to address people to come forward and adopt stray dogs.

The team feels that their first try at adoption drive was successful as they managed to get two puppies adopted on the spot and to good families. Now, 3 puppies are looking for their forever home.

With such a good response on the first try, they have planned to continue the adoption drive every week on Saturday at Sector 17 or Elante mall in Industrial Area, Phase 1.

So, if you are looking to adopt India dog breeds in Chandigarh and Tricity, come forward and get in touch with Furever friends at – Contact number: 7888416969 – Mr.Vikas Luthra
