Man Beats Dog To Death In Tamil Nadu

Another horrifying video of a man beating a dog to death has surfaced on social media channels. The video has went viral with people enraged and shocked.

An animal activist from Chennai, Mr. Ashwath uploaded the video on the internet after receiving it from one of his friends via WhatsApp.

You can see in the video that the dog is on a leash and is calmly standing near a man, when the accused comes out with a wooden stick and starts to beat the dog.

Initially the dog tries to break free but as a hard blow from the wooden stick lands on its body, it starts to limp. Soon, the dog could be seen lying in its own pool of blood as the accused starts to walk back to his house.

You can see two children in the background, where one child can be heard asking the man to beat the dog.

Accused and the location not identified yet

Mr. Ashwath has filed a complaint regarding the incident. But the exact location and the identity of the accused has not been identified yet.

“We are sure that the video is from Tamil Nadu but not sure where exactly it has been taken. Ever since I put up the post, I have received several calls from Coimbatore and people are saying that the dialect of the people talking in the video belong to their region. I have filed a complaint online with the Central Crime Branch because we don’t know who the man in the video is. We will be also visiting the Police Commissioner regarding the matter.” Said by Ashwath.

Ashwath, in his last nine years of animal activism has received several videos displaying such cruelty to animals, but the brutality in this particular clip has shocked him.

“I have never seen something so terrible. The children are actually egging on that man to kill the dog. It is brutal,” he says.
