Canine Weddings Are Now Being Celebrated In India

Yes, dog weddings are now becoming a trend in India as well! There was a recent canine wedding that happened in Pawara village of Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh (UP). This event was attended by over 5000 people!

The ‘groom’ named Shagun belonged to Basant Tripathy, while the ‘bride’ named Shaguniya belonged to Jung Bahadur, who gave a tearful send off to Shaguniya.

The canine marriage took place as per Hindu traditions and all guests were welcomed with full fervor. The guests enjoyed the occasion and danced to the tunes of DJ. All the guests were served with traditional Indian cuisine!
